3.拉各斯市场的特点：
1）拉各斯乃至全尼日利亚的市场基本为本地黑人尤其是东部的依波黑人所控制，每个市场均有市场行业协会，主要负责市场的日常管理和安保事项。拉各斯的市场里看不到外国人的店面，一方面是尼日利亚法律规定外国人不允许在尼从事零售业；另一方面也是黑人的市场协会统一排挤外国人在市场开店，黑人这点做的就比中国人好，他们的心还是蛮齐的。
2）市场里主要是以批发业务为主，主体是进口商与本地的经销批发商。有时经常会在市场里的好多店面看到同一产品。原来是当地的经销商会从进口上手里买部分货，为其进行代销。客户和供应商似乎很享受这种模式，作为供应商的进口商来说可以有更多的产品销售渠道，而对于分销商来说，不需要一下子投很多钱进去做本钱，卖多少货从进口商那里进多少货即可。
